PAYS OFF Member for Flinders Liz Penfold said lobbying has paid off when announcements were made on a desalination plant for the Tod Reservoir and funding for publicity about the Ceduna Eclipse in December. The announcements came during the State Government's community cabinet meeting in Port Lincoln this week. "I was delighted when the cabinet accepted my invitation to meet in Port Lincoln" "I know from past experiences how worthwhile the personal touch can be, especially for Ministers in understanding local issues" she said. |
