The Flinders Electorate covers most of Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. Eyre Peninsula is similar in area to the State of Tasmania and I believe has similar potential.

I believe any product that is produced on Eyre Peninsula and is sold elsewhere in Australia or overseas is an export.

Eyre Peninsula contributes the following to the Gross State Food Revenue: Seafood 65%, Field Crops 39%, Livestock 6% and Horticulture 3%.

The two major export industries on Eyre Peninsula are Agriculture and Aquaculture. Growing industries include Mining and Horticulture.

The potential on Eyre Peninsula is amazing, with such a diverse range of industries anything is possible.
